Advent Calendar ❋ 25 Days of Wellness

I’ve never had an advent calendar… Have I been missing out, or have I been missing out?! While I’m all for a cheeky little treat for each day of December until Christmas, the naturopath in me had to come up with a way to better the health of those around me - because that’s what I do best!

This year, I’ve decided to create an advent calendar which incorporates becoming the best version of yourself over the holiday season. December is usually spent over-indulging (guilty!), and while I think it’s important to make the most of this social period (especially after the last few years that we have had…), it’s also important to make choices that benefit our mental and physical health.

So, I’d love if you would join me over the next 25 days in challenging yourself to do a small task which will improve your health and wellbeing, as well as potentially help you form healthier habits.

Each day of December, I will share on my instagram (@thepillars.naturopathy) a specific task that you must complete on that day. I challenge you to see if you can complete all 25 tasks! While this is for YOUR benefit, I may just have a little gift for you to say thank you for joining me on this wellness challenge.
